Crochet Mama Strikes Again

I wield my crochet stick like a magic wielding thing. And this time I would like to show you a video to make easy peasy fingerless gloves. Even though the temps dropped for last week, now they are back up.

I know. It's Virginia for you. Now it's like summer outside for some reason.

Anyway, before I knew the weather would flip flop, I made some fingerless gloves! Woo hoo!

Let's see if I can find the darn video that has lead me to crochet these lovely pair of fingerless gloves . . .

Here's the video! I know the accent is a little tough to understand (especially for Americans and maybe some ELL. That's English Language Learners for people who don't know.) but I watched what she did and it's pretty darn easy. This is the first part though.

Oh, and also the crochet part of the ribbing is a little bit tricky so make sure to make your loops big. Or have a big crochet hook and you should be good to go. But I love the fact it's not flat and boring but it has like ribbing that's gorgeous. :)

Oh, how long did it take me to finish it? Hmm, I think it depends on how long you want the glove. Personally, I'd rather have short little gloves since I have tiny hands (which come in handy when I drop my phone between the car seats, lol) it took me about two hours. But I was new to this whole thing, and my yarn got all tangled. So then I had to untangle it and it took me a long time . . . So yeah, I would say for one glove it shouldn't take you more then twenty minutes then for the second, no more then ten minutes.

Let's do the math! 20 minutes + 10 more minutes= 30 minutes!! Woo hoo!

Anyway, have fun with that! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
